Sessions take place distantly/remotely or in-person. You choose a date and time that we can both be present for your healing, working together to create the outcome intended.

Please book in when you have symptoms are active and you are acutely dealing with a physical / mental or emotional issue that’s affecting your life today and is leaving you feeling stuck in some way.

Symptoms can be acute or chronic. With the latter, it’s probable you’ll need to receive more than a single session to witness meaningful shifts in your well being.

You will ideally be in a comfortable space at home, lying down, some gentle music in the background, somewhere that you feel safe, warm and relaxed. And be uninterrupted for 30 minutes minimum

I will be in my healing room/space in the same restful, calming environment.

Your call will be recorded so you can watch/receive the replay and optimise the frequency benefits.

I allow a maximum of 30 minutes to work on you, although most times, we are able to attain shifts and improvements in active symptoms in 20.

Energy healing application and outcomes are as variable and individual as they come. I work with diligence and integrity and will put as much effort in as I am able, to give you the best results.

I promise to work with compassion and humility.

I will not do your healing if I am feeling low in energy or under par. In this situation, I will reorganise your healing with you, at least 24 hours beforehand.

In principle, any health condition can be worked upon to address the symptoms for positive health changes, and in some cases. cleared in its entirety.

Sometimes, healing does not occur, for various reasons, many unknown. There are no guarantees on outcomes, but together we will give it the best chance.

In terms of specifics, fixing up and improving symptomatic ailments such as migraines, frozen shoulders, back pain… are just a few of hundreds of examples.

Having worked voluntarily in cancer care in Sydney, I’ve observed relief and improvement in lifestyle from many of the symptoms that come with cancer treatment such as neuropathy, lymph swelling, insomnia, stress, nausea, and wound soreness.

I’ve witnessed energy healing work to be so supportive for people in combination with conventional medicine, and equally stand alone.

My intention to offer energy healing that is at best 100% effective or gives you immediate and meaningful improvements, in the moment and sometimes over more time, so that it can ultimately open a new door in your life and invite you to take a step through, whether you walk through that door is completely up to you.
