Why your Akashic Records hold so much power
Here's a little piece of my own story…
I spent my childhood at home, not liking myself at all, feeling small and misunderstood, having a voice that wasn't at all liked. I experienced big displays of love, focus and consideration for others, that I often hoped would be angled at me instead.
I missed out on a lot of love, warmth and praise, and through family conditioning, suppressed who I really, truly was, in order to be more palatable. In that, I completely lost myself right up until my late 20's and then early 30's when a dark night of the soul meant I finally left my marriage to the father of my two children and a man my mother adored and praised more than me (at least that's how it felt).
The years of people pleasing and self-abandonment manifested itself in kidney stones (emotional blocks releasing), and I later developed Hashimotos Thyroiditis (emotions, communication suppression).
I didn't know how to be upset in a safe, easeful and regulated way. My upsets were internal combustion manifesting itself in anger, external shouting, rapid movement, noise and ballistically making something bigger than it needed to be for effect.
My journey into my own Akashic Records gave me the structure, depth, healing, higher perspective viewpoint and natural talent development that was lacking in other therapies, personal development modalities, professional training and certifications I invested in.
My Records revealed clearly, the communication patterns inherited from my family, AND past-life inability to communicate as a Roman Gladiator General who lost his high profile position, image and reputation, through a broken jaw, and damaged larynx in battle. An external problem that affected interdependence, neediness and the joy of being 'the man, the ego, the adulation', all wiped out in one bitter battle.
Being in my Akashic Records helped me embody ALL of my past as necessary learnings for the growth and expansion my soul wanted me to go through in accordance with the Script of my Life. My soul wanted me to transcend these experiences and healing from them has been life changing. Through these insights, I learned I could truly embrace ALL of the unique and unapologetic me.
I was never wrong, it was always okay to be me. I didn't need the authority and attention of someone else. My child self didn't know that then, although it should have had that and more. She always deserved it. Now, the past doesn't hold her or me back, my inner child is happy, content and is always heard.
Reading my Akashic Records enabled me to feel safe inside, to reclaim my power, to start being the role model I needed when I grew up. Being in the Records was the support, inspiration and guidance that I was looking for as a child, teaching myself that I can trust myself, and by knowing my soul's purpose, it now translates into helping others to trust themselves and guide themselves through ONLY listening to their own Soul and unique birth imprint.
Through all the success and failures (there's been many!!), my story still feels so powerful, I know that it resonates with others who have felt unheard, unloved or out of place.

What actually happens: Jen’s story…
Jen came to me asking: "What am I missing?"
On the surface, everything looked good. Out of the blue, she’d found her soulmate, a few months after leaving a long standing relationship.
It’s the unconditionally loving, accepting and respectful relationship she’d always dreamed of.
He’s a supportive partner, and life’s moving forward with plans to grow, travel and build together as a blended family.
And yet… something felt off.
Not wrong, just an inner sense that something wasn't fully landing as easily as many other aspects of their life together.
She couldn't explain it, and that's what brought her into the Akashic Records.
What came through wasn't what she expected, there was nothing wrong with her relationship.
She wasn’t ‘missing’ anything
What she was feeling… was very old.
A pattern she had learned a long time ago had resurfaced and it came as a surprise, given where she was at.
The part of her that had been wired to anticipate disconnection… even when it wasn't there.
She said it herself:
"It's like a distance has been created, but it's totally in here, inside me."
And once she saw that clearly… everything shifted.
She immediately stopped trying to fix what wasn't broken.
Which stopped her overthinking every interaction and stopped her from holding everything together on her own, like she did when she was an independently functioning woman.
And instead…
She let herself soften, and be supported.
Let herself feel fully, without needing to control it.
That's when the relationship deepened to a whole other level and that inner feeling disappeared.

Well, I started my day by sitting in the massive tree I took the photo with yesterday and singing my prayer to her. I got a step ladder and climbed up into the branches so that I could really be in her energy.
Two prayers came through, one as a song and one spoken.
Then I went for an explore through the forest which is part of the land we’re renting. I’ve been wanting to go for a while but was worried about snakes in the long grass between here and there, but this morning the tree told me about a path I could go through that led straight into the trees where the ground is clear. So, I did that and it was awesome.
And then I came inside and did yoga! I have been telling myself I would do it forever but never do. Today, I did and it felt hard but great. I started with a super basic beginner video on Gaia and it was just what I needed. Still challenging but felt good to start somewhere.
So I feel I have to put aside some of the “I have to be perfect” stuff and am just letting myself explore with more acceptance of what is.
I’m going to sit with my teenage self today and talk to her and see what she needs me to remember so that I can get back to the place before I decided I was fat.
My 8-year old self was loving this morning. She reminded me of how much I used to love climbing to the top of these two particular trees as a kid and I would just sit up there for hours.
