In using this website and services, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions, please read the below carefully before you start to use our site:

All information and advice given on this website samanthalennie.com, via my social media channels (@samantha.lennie), are for your information and guidance only. Energy and frequency therapies, transformational coaching and reading your Akashic Records are deemed to complement conventional medicine, not be replaced by.

You should not use it as a substitute to treat any medical condition or discontinue a prescribed treatment by your licensed medical doctor. You are reminded that ultimate choice and decision belongs solely to you. Consult your GP and certified health practitioner for any health problem first and foremost.

Introduction

This page (together with the documents and information referred to on it) tells you the terms and conditions on which you may make use of our website www.samanthalennie.com and the terms on which we sell our services to you.

Our prices

Our prices are set out via the website - www.samanthalennie.com

Purchases are in USD or AUD depending on the product or service and as illustrated at the checkout. Card payments permitted only.

We reserve the right to amend the prices at any time and will publish these changes on the pages of our website.

Payments & Payment Plans

Payments must be paid for Upfront of receiving the product or service purchased. Card payments permitted only. From time to time, some Programs, Masterminds and Services may offer a Payment Plan.

You are legally responsible for all payments on payment plans, regardless of whether or not you finish the materials or package in the allotted time, or choose to leave a course, mastermind or program before it finishes. The company reserves the right to charge a USD100 administrative fee for payment plans that are more than seven days past due. Due to the nature of energy work, there are no refunds, transfers or extensions. By purchasing from this company, you agree to our terms and conditions.

1:1 Packages & Tickets

Package &Ticket purchases are paid for in advance of a session. Please take a note of the Expiry date on your order receipt, which is emailed to you upon purchase. Appointments pertaining to a Package, Ticket or Program cannot be redeemed after the expiry date, so book promptly and keep your receipt in a safe place when booking later. We would rather you took full advantage of your investment and didn’t miss any consult.

Akashic Reading Subscriptions

A monthly Reading subscription where we open your records once per month.

Your Subscription is paid by card and billed automatically every 30 days with commencing from the date you sign up. Unless the client contacts Samantha Lennie via the Contact page at the top of this website to cancel.

Your Subscription will automatically continue unless you turn it off. To cancel, simply get in touch with Sam via the Contact page at the top of this website, at least 5 days before your next payment is due.

Subscriptions are paid monthly and once paid for that month, are non-refundable.

Subscriptions cancellations are not permitted during the first three subscription cycles. You are welcome to cancel your Subscription after your 3rd payment is taken. Contact Samantha Lennie to cancel.

Any un-taken session for any month cannot be rolled over to the next month, unless pre-agreed with Sam.

Programs, Masterminds & Courses

All sales are final. No refunds are permitted.

All content, video and audio recordings are subject to change and updates at any time without prior notice.

All products, masterminds programs and courses are purchased through samanthalennie.com and hosted on the BeLight Circle platform (pre May 2023), and on Memberspace (after May 2023). For any access issues, please email us at sam@samanthalennietherapy.com

All have lifetime access so long as the program is being currently offered by SLT on samanthalennie.com, you will have access. If there are any updates, you will receive them. Should the program become obsolete, you will receive a notification with 3 months to finish the content.

You are NOT permitted to share your login information or allow anyone else to access any of the materials and content therein. Share access to the content with anyone, your account will be terminated immediately and you will lose access to resources without refund.

1:1 Consults Cancellation Policy

1:1 Healing Treatments and Akashic Records Readings appointment cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will be refunded. Your refund will be processed and appear on your statement in 5-10 business days

Cancellations made less than 48 hours of your appointment will be charged at 100% of the session price. However exceptions may be made for genuine emergencies. Please contact us via the Contact Menu on this Website.

While there are times that cancelling an appointment is unavoidable, please aim to give us as much notice as possible, also so we can offer your appointment to other clients.

1:1 Appointment No-shows

No-shows will be subject to a fee of 100% of the total cost of the session. We will continue to wait up to 15 minutes past your start time, before a no-show is deemed to occur.

1:1 Appointment Late arrivals

If you are late to your appointment, your session will be shortened by the length of time by which you were late. (e.g. 15 minutes late on a 60 minute appointment, you’re session will run for 45 minutes). If you are late, you will still be charged for the full session.

What if we need to cancel your 1:1 Appointment?

In the highly unlikely event that we need to cancel your session, we will give you as much notice as possible and either provide you with a full refund if we are unable to transfer your booking to a suitable, alternative date.

Special and promotional offers

Subject to availability. We reserve the right to amend or remove special or promotional offers at any time. Special offers work on a standalone basis and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or pre-purchased product or healing session.

Coupons or special offer vouchers must be presented at the corresponding treatment appointment for it to be valid.

BeLight! Paid Memberships (closed April 2023)

Belight! membership is a monthly paid for subscription. As long as you are a signed up, paid member, you have access to all of the content and materials past and current.

Members can view their purchase history, edit their payment details and cancel any ongoing subscription at any point via Purchases within their Profile menu.

When members cancel their subscription, we will only revoke access to the members spaces once the billing period ends.

Members can always remain active in the Public space and its resources, as we don't fully deactivate the member from the Circle platform.

Reliance on information posted

Information on our site is provided for information purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Nothing on our site is a recommendation as to how to treat any particular disease or health-related condition. For serious conditions or advice on health conditions in general, you should visit a qualified medical practitioner.

We do our best to always ensure that the information on our site is correct and accurate. Despite our best efforts the site may contain errors. Confidentiality

We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 and as such, any information concerning the Client and their respective Client Records may be passed to third parties. However, Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than if legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities. Clients have the right to request sight of, and copies of Client Records we keep, on the proviso that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. Clients are requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of our services. Where appropriate, we shall issue Client’s with appropriate written information, handouts or copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of both parties.

We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by Samantha Lennie will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.

Samantha Lennie reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our privacy policy page and on other key pages on our site. If there are any changes in how we use our site customers’ Personally Identifiable Information, notification by e-mail or postal mail will be made to those affected by this change. Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on our web site. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis

These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Client and ourselves. Your accessing of this website and/or undertaking of a booking or Agreement indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance, of the Disclaimer Notice and the full Terms and Conditions contained herein. Your statutory Consumer Rights are unaffected.
