How To Know If It’s Your Intuition Or Your Guides Speaking
A question that comes up a lot with clients focused on personal growth and understanding their multidimensional self is how to discern where messages are coming from. Are they coming from another dimension, such as when channeling the Akashic Records; which for me, come from the 7th dimension and beyond.
Are messages intuitive hits or are they from my spirit team?
Both ways support you on your spiritual journey and both are working in your favour, always. Messages are relevant to you in the moment and will always guide you and navigate you in the direction of your highest potential. Everyone has the potential to develop their spiritual trust-muscle, yet not everyone desires it.
To me, this is what it means to be internally (and therefore externally free), and it's a non negotiable to living life fully satisfied, leading life on your terms and according to your own rules and without limits.
I think that when you get clear on the different ways you receive the multitude of messages that come through every day, it really helps with your spirit connection AND knowing yourself more deeply. You tap right into your multidimensional nature, where your soul has originated, where it’s travelled, why you’re here on Earth and exactly what lessons and experiences you’re destined to have and with the people you have them with.
How do you connect with your intuition?
How do you connect with your guides?
What level of self-trust do you have?
What have been your personal experiences to confirm your connection and capabilities?
This was fun! I’d Love to know your personal experience. I believe sharing helps everyone.
INTUITION...
Comes from deep within you and is a straight forward directive.
That sense of knowingness that is separate from the conscious mind and mental reasoning.
Often called a gut feel, an inner sense or inner knowing.
Is developed through meditation, slowing down, being in stillness and listening to the body, And strengthened by acting on the impulse and trusting the outcomes.
INTUITION EXAMPLE…
You're driving along the road on the way to your favourite restaurant. It's a route you always take and it's the quickest.
You reach the traffic lights and out of nowhere you get a feeling to 'turn left' instead of your usual straight ahead. The sensation inside is a 'pulling', your body is trying to get your attention and you can't shake the desire to turn left. So you turn, even though it's a longer route & it doesn't make sense, but on some level it feels right. You lean in and accept the directive, turn left and you feel your body open & relax.
You arrive at the restaurant, slightly annoyed and 10 minutes late. The waiter says it's not a problem because he received a cancellation 5 minutes ago and is now able to offer you a better seat by the window, the one with the most incredible view of the sunset.
SPIRIT GUIDANCE…
Comes from outside of you, an external experience, an energy that feels different from your own that doesn't arrive with an emotion in the way that intuition does.
The feeling has a different personality to you. For example; hearing a voice you don't recognise, humour, being aware of a specific characteristic you might notice from a loved one, that's passed.
Having an awareness that something is over your shoulder or a hand is resting on it, a sense of being comforted, a buzzy feeling, an intense sense of love or goosebumps happening.
Is subtle at first, and spirit calling card becomes obvious through your unique connection practise, using codes, symbols, metaphors and signature language that's easy to decode between you and spirit. use of sounds (clairaudience) or pictures (clairvoyance) arrive as you develop and build the relationship. like getting to know any human more deeply, conversations and understanding becomes second nature.
SPIRIT GUIDES EXAMPLE…
It's garbage bin collection here today. i came home from strength training and Immediately went to the kitchen bin, opened the lid and started to tie up the bag.
I stopped in my tracks because I heard a loud voice that said 'No! coffee grinds'.
Coffee isn't an unusual topic, because i often make a coffee right after training. it's a ritual I love.
The coffee machine is nearby, so i stopped with the bin tieing, reached out and turned it on.
A message instantly popped up on the screen that said 'please empty coffee grinds'.
Message received! I laughed because my guides know that I love tidiness and efficiency, and they know that I love my coffee, we are a team. guides are always kind and helpful.
