Ever heard of the Akashic Records? They’re like this huge library, but instead of books, they’re metaphysical, and hold the complete history of every thought, emotion, and experience of every soul ever.

Everybody has their own Akashic Record. And get this: you can actually access yours! It’s like having a personal vault filled with every single moment your soul has ever lived through on this Earth, and any lives you’ve lived off Earth, within star systems too. Talk about a treasure trove of information to positively influence your life, right?

So, whether it’s memories from this life or the previous lives you’ve encountered, your Akashic Record’s got it all. Infinite knowledge at your fingertips, information that tells you what you need to learn, heal or release from, in order to fulfill your life plan.

We’re in an awesome era where science and spirituality are interweaved. Think about it: we’re energetic beings in these physical bodies. Just like how internet, wifi, and our smartphones use waves of frequency, our energy used consciously, is a pathway in which messages can travel through space, time and dimensions to us, all for our highest potential, and to create and direct our life divinely.

So, we kicked off our intimate get-together with some chats, opened the Akashic Records of the our collective to immediately receive a channelled message about ‘Procrastination’. Diving into how we sometimes put things off (you know, the whole procrastination dance) and really got down to the nitty-gritty of why we do it.

We rode the energy wave together, sharing and healing, making space for some peace, self-reflection, being open to receiving of the highest potential for personal growth. I also dropped some news about cool stuff coming up at SL, like learning to tap into our own Akashic Records with the upcoming self-directed program ‘You’re The Channel, curated from last years hugely successful Live 5 week experiential class.

We wrapped it all up with a big thank you and a reminder that we’re doing this dance together again soon. It was all a lovely sprinkle of soul magic.

We delved into various aspects of energy healing, focusing on acknowledging and addressing feelings of anxiety and their physical manifestations within the body. We discussed the importance of embracing anxiety as a catalyst for transformation, acknowledging the anxious moment, and directing the mind towards the fluttering of a butterfly before taking flight into new beginnings. Participants shared their experiences with anxiety and its effects on their physical and mental well-being, highlighting areas such as stomach upset, painful shoulders, tiredness, and heavy legs.

The butterfly metaphor that came through the collective Akashic Records, served as a powerful symbol throughout our discussion, reminding us that moments of discomfort and unease often precede significant personal growth and change, which is where we are at. We explored how embracing our anxiety can lead to a newfound sense of freedom and possibility.

We did some guided energy work aimed at releasing tension and promoting healing where anxiety is present.

We illuminated the nature of energy work, recognizing that each person may experience and engage with energy in their unique way with their own signature that’s right for them. We closed the session with gratitude and encouragement for everyone continuing their healing journeys, remaining open to the guidance and support of their own inner wisdom.
