AAAM. Alchemising Fear Through The Higher Heart

A process for alchemising fear blocks with Sieveille frequencies, as we open to and transcend through the portal of the higher heart.

Through the experience of following your dreams and desires and taking aligned action, on the daily you will come across emotional obstacles, subconscious blocks to be processed, understood and integrated, so you can move beyond your conditioned mind and situation.

A reminder that everything you've ever wished for and that is on your list, is already existing within you and within your quantum field. Doing the deep work that aligns you with the frequency of what you desire, is what will bring it into your reality.

The requirement for 'deep work' will come in waves. You may feel it's required daily as you meet a rush of life challenges at the same time. There may be periods of extended integration of a particular trauma with no other blocks surfacing, as guided by your higher self, ensuring you have the due space needed in order to do that work to completion. You will also have quiet times when the water is calm, no work is needed and you feel free.

Recommendation

I invite you to practise this exercise 'on repeat' at the beginning, daily or multiple times as day as a fear surfaces. We have millions of thoughts a day and so you can imagine how many stories linked to outdated beliefs, are running amok, governing your actions, in any 24 hours. There will be layers, uncover and clear one, and it makes space for deeper patterns to surface. Keep going :)

Mastering the technique becomes second nature to pick it up and use it to recover quickly. I can attest to the effectiveness when you rely on this as your processing tool. It's marvelous to be able to recover quickly, clear what's going on in self, taking the space to easily work through the emotions of the body.

Use your intuition to guide you.

Step 1 - Journaling

  1. What do you want? (what were/are your goals and objectives?)

  2. What is the story currently running in your life (that pertains to the goals, as you've been working on them) that you feel unable to let go of?

  3. What is the fear / anxiety happening around this right now?

  4. What other emotions are there?

  5. What intensity level is this when you think and feel into it all? (1 - neutral/no intensity to 10 - it's intense mentally, physically, emotionally)

Step 2 - Clear

  1. Watch and follow along with the clearing. The technique begins at 1.12.12

  2. Review your intensity level now.
