These are guidance prayers and invocations. How can you adapt this to suit your energy if you feel guided?

During your 14 day ‘play’ with CVL for self-healing……

• What sensations come up in the body and where?

• What otherworldly senses are awakening, surfacing, adapting or growing stronger?

• Receiving new frequencies opens you up and then fears arise. What fears, if any, are lurking in your consciousness and what stories are they attached to? Can you allow yourself to notice that there is NO meaning in this present moment and give yourself permission to let them go?

• What does your daily explorations tell you about your energy and your personality and how can you learn to know and love it more? NOW TURN IT UP AND HOLD THIS NEW CAPACITY AND AWARENESS!!

• What stories do you have around receiving CVL AND receiving all of your desires and intentions you’ve set for yourself? What is the truth?

• What have you been doing in your recent daily life that hasn’t been in alignment with these desires? Acknowledge those, take responsibility and breathe into it without justification, force or other resistance experiences. ALLOW!

• CVL as a frequency encourages you to be ALL of you and trust your inner authority. Attuning to CVL is an activity which we’ve ticked the box on ✅ It’s an initial part of the puzzle towards you becoming who you’re meant and want to be in this life. Activating these frequencies are your responsibility and how you use this energy and how this manifests in your world moving forward and committing to that practice, is unique to you.

• It’s okay if your experiences aren’t so obvious or immediate, repetition creates more openess and faster activation within yourself over time.

• Allow yourself to be seen and share what you surface in the group chat! Receiving support is HUGE for your growth!
