You may receive some sensations in the body, or additional downloads (words, phrases, sounds, knowing etc) from receiving these codes.

I find it so useful to write these down in my journal as this opens up the space for further insights and guidance.

What might not seem so obvious a message right now, can be super eye opening later on and may join some dots for you. Let go of analysis, just go with it.

And remember to slow down and have compassion and understanding on this journey which are feminine attributes that support your well being.

And, to keep your nervous system and your energy balanced as you stretch yourself to receive, show up for yourself in new ways and do new things etc.

And of course… have fun, because this feels good and stops you from taking life as seriously, which tends to be a energetically masculine trait.
