Follow the instructions so that you can get help as quickly as possible.
Step One
Can your question or query be solved with information that's inside the program? If so please follow the instructions in there. The program is thorough and most things can be resolved with the material.

Have a question to do with the program content or self-enquiry practice prompts suggested? Send your query to assistant.samanthalennie@gmail.com
Step Three
Have a billing question? Can't login to your account? Can't answer your question using the methods listed above? The final place to go for support is to email us. Please send your name and a descriptive email of your issue to assistant.samanthalennie@gmail.com

Submitting an email may take up to 48 hours to get help. We aim to respond to emails within 1 business day but sometimes we get very busy and this can extend.
Operating Hours: Monday to Friday - 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time).
Office is closed at weekends and we do not respond to emails outside of office hours.
