How to prepare

Find your comfortable space. 

In terms of receiving the energetic transmission portion of this class, you'll want to be uninterrupted for at least 60 mins.

Lie down, sit comfortably in your relaxed state and then begin to watch the video.

(Do not operate machinery, drive your car or do any tasks while you are watching. Being present for yourself is a respectful, loving act)

You don't actually have to listen to the words after the first time you watch 
- it's all about the energy that is being transferred as Sam talks. Your energetic self and your subconscious will receive what it needs.

It's perfectly normal to fall asleep. It’s a benefit because the mind cannot "sabotage" your integration of the energies with analysing what's going on.

You are encouraged to use your intuition for how often and when you listen to it.

Trust your inner guidance.

What to expect

As you listen in, you may well notice an immediate yet subtle shift. Some examples are:

  • warmth in the body

  • a buzzy feeling, 

  • a calmness and serenity from within

  • a change in your breathing

  • or nothing at all (this is perfectly normal)

All are common experiences. Even if you feel nothing, that's also common and is far removed from 'failure' (if that's what your mind is causing you to think and feel, simply notice that information) .

Give your body a chance to come to terms with any adjustments in the moment and afterwards, just like eating a big meal! All experiences are perfect and everybody has a different experience.

Take a ‘before’ inventory; write down what fears and feelings are coming up for you around your relationship with food first and describe the circumstances around them. This is useful for future reference as shifts continue.

Watch this video as often as you wish, knowing that each time you do, the energies will integrate and subtle changes will deepen. Your experience of the world WILL shift in some way every time you listen, this is unique to you.
