Write them down in your journal or you could record them as a voice note on your phone.

  • What was revealed to you as you were listening to the transmission?

  • Where in the body are you holding fear or judgement and what is it about?

  • What are you ready to release?

  • What is the next version of yourself that you are ready to grow into? 

  • What is One goal that you would like to achieve?

Prompts

We encourage you to incorporate a quick Middle Space practice into your daily routine (see video below). Transforming yourself can be confusing, overwhelming that you feel unsure where to start or what action to take next. 

As the layers automatically begin to unpeel, your intuition will continue to speak subtle messages guiding you to the next step. By activating your Middle Space every day, it makes it easier to more clearly hear those simple and practical ways to make small changes in your life every single day. 

Acting on your intuited messages will keep you aligned throughout your journey.

Here are some prompts you can use after you have done your Middle Space practice.

  • What actions can I take to align with my goal/s today?

  • What is one way I can step into my empowered and worthy self today?

  • What is the evidence that shows me that listening to my intuition and taking action is moving me forward and has me feeling good?
